We built automation using Klaviyo and ConvertKit to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
Subscription system rollout
We implemented subscription functionality using:
- Firmhouse (SEPA Direct Debit)
- Kaching bundles
This enabled recurring revenue and improved customer lifetime value.
Continuous CRO and optimization
We optimized product pages using the AIDA conversion framework, resulting in measurable improvements in conversion rate.
SEO & Organic Growth Strategy
We did not rely only on paid ads.
We continuously improved technical SEO and content targeting to generate organic traffic:
- Fixed technical SEO issues across the site
- Targeted low-competition, high-intent keywords
- Optimized site structure for indexing and crawlability
